Orange Flame Tetra

The Flame TetraHyphessobrycon flammeushasa gorgeous, fiery coloring when it’scomfortable and happy in itsaquarium. This tetra is generally silver in the front but becomes a fiery red on the back. The red becomesespeciallyvibrant at the base of itsfins.

When thisfish isexposed to a lot of disturbances, itbecomes very timid and itscoloring will pale. For this reason, the Flame Tetra does notalways showwell in pet store aquariums where it isexposed to a lot of activity
