Cobalt Goldfish Salt Conditioner

Cobalt Natural Goldfish Salt is used to reduce stress in Goldfish. Derived from natural seawater through a solar process, Cobalt Goldfish Salt replenishes natural electrolytes and temporarily blocks the toxic effects of nitrite to tank inhabitants until water quality improves. Unlike table salt, contains no artificial color or iodine and contains calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, magnesium sulfate, potassium chloride, and sodium chloride.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

To treat your main Goldfish display,

Salt should be mixed in a recommended dosage of 1 Tbsp Cobalt Goldfish Salt for every 5 gallons of dechlorinated water (or roughly 2/3 tsp per 1 gallon of dechlorinated tap water).

To use as a bath:

Mix at 1 Tbsp Cobalt Goldfish Salt per 1 gallon of dechlorinated water that is the same temperature as the main display water. Dip the fish in the bath for 5-8 mins. When dip is complete, acclimate the fish by diluting the bath with fresh dechlorinated water multiple times for a 2-3 minute span until the bath has doubled in volume before putting back in main display with normal water conditions.
