Because of the fragile nature of this rock, it is possible for the rock to break during shipment. We do our best to package the rock sufficiently to minimize damages. As UPS does not consider this item insurable, we are unable to replace or refund damaged pieces. It is possible to attach multiple pieces together using aquarium epoxy in order to make large shelves or repair damaged rock.

Why Aquascape?

Natural looking decorations in an aquarium are more important to our aquarium inhabitants than most people know. Many fish and invertebrates require adequate shelter to feel secure. In fact normal behaviors are seldom observed without the addition of aquascaping materials. Take time to learn what type of environment your animals came from; and do your best to include substrate, rock, and plants as needed to duplicate that habitat. Not only will a natural looking aquarium be pleasing to your eyes, you will be rewarded with normal behaviors, often only seen in the wild. Reef Rock – A great addition to fish or reef tanks. Actual petrified coral! Reef Rock retains excellent coral texture and is ideal for use as an economical base rock on which to attach invertebrates such as anemones, soft and hard corals, etc.
