Appearance
Greyish to reddish brown body with a dark brown spot at the back of its dorsal fin.

Carnivore; mysis or frozen shrimp, and other quality meaty foods.

Facts
This Hogfish is peaceful, and typically don’t bother other large fish, but may intimidate smaller ones. Best to keep one per aquarium though. It needs plenty of room to swim so a large tank is recommended, and larger tank mates. Not reef safe as it will eat crustaceans.
