These tangs are relatively easy to care for; they are reef safe but are also semi-aggressive towards new additions. They do best with approximately 6′ of swimming space. It is important to offer a varied diet to ensure they do not develop lateral line disease. Keep in mind that due to the fact that these fish stress easy it is common for them to break out in ich, but are likely to pull through it without issue.
